Marc R. Rappaport
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Rappaport joined DCM Advisors in 2019 as CEO, overseeing the firm's investment management, private wealth, sales, marketing and communications departments. Bringing over three decades of experience in senior investment roles, his expertise and strategic plan drives and supports the DCM team's client focus and growth objective.
Prior to joining DCM Mr. Rappaport spent 12 years with Alpine Woods Capital Investors where, as chief architect of the retail funds and distribution, he helped grow Alpine’s assets under management from under $1 billion to over $12 billion in just two years. Previous to that Mr. Rappaport spent four years at Pioneer Investments, broadening distribution and helping the firm grow from $18 billion to over $60 billion. Preceding this Mr. Rappaport was at Prudential for over seven years in a variety of sales and marketing roles, including as National Sales Marketing Manager, Mutual Funds at Prudential Securities.

Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Collopy joined DCM Advisors in September 2017 as the Chief Operating Officer. Prior thereto, he was the Chief Financial Officer for Lebenthal Holdings. Mr. Collopy previously spent 13 years at Gilder Gagnon Howe & Co as the Chief Financial Officer where he handled finance and back office operations. Prior to Gilder Gagnon Howe & Co, Mr. Collopy worked in public accounting with a specialization in Broker-Dealers and Hedge Funds.

Mario De Bueriis
Assistant Marketing & Operations Manager
Mario De Bueriis is an Assistant Marketing and Operations Manager. He joined DCM Advisors in 2019, working under the guidance of Steven Collopy, primarily focusing on account analysis, performance reporting, and mutual fund marketing. Prior to DCM, Mario spent several summers interning at UBS Financial Services Inc. and risk management firms supporting financial advisors and client service.
