Mr. Rappaport joined DCM Advisors in 2019 as CEO, overlooking the firm’s investment management, private wealth, sales, marketing and communications departments. Bringing over three decades of experience in senior investment roles and numerous achievements, his expertise will drive and support the DCM team to further growth.
Prior to joining DCM Mr. Rappaport spent 12 years with Alpine Woods Capital Investors where, as chief architect of the retail funds and distribution, he helped grow Alpine’s assets under management from under $1 billion to over $12 billion in just two years. Previous to that Mr. Rappaport spent four years at Pioneer Investments, broadening distribution and helping the firm grow from $18 billion to over $60 billion. Preceding this Mr. Rappaport was at Prudential for over seven years in a variety of sales and marketing roles, including as National Sales Marketing Manager, Mutual Funds at Prudential Securities.

Mr. Greenstein joined DCM Advisors in October 2017 and has been tasked with building its asset management and wealth advisory capabilities. Prior thereto, he was the General Counsel of Lebenthal Holdings where he handled a variety of legal and business matters for the firm’s asset management, wealth advisory and capital markets businesses. Mr. Greenstein previously spent 15 years at KCG Holdings (formerly Knight Capital Group) where he served as Deputy General Counsel and oversaw corporate governance matters, corporate transactions, securities filings and commercial work for the public company and its subsidiaries.

Mr. Collopy joined DCM Advisors in September 2017 as the Chief Operating Officer. Prior thereto, he was the Chief Financial Officer for Lebenthal Holdings. Mr. Collopy previously spent 13 years at Gildor Gagnon Howe & Co as the Chief Financial Officer where he handled finance and back office operations. Prior to Gilder Gagnon Howe & Co, Mr. Collopy worked in public accounting with a specialization in Broker-Dealers and Hedge Funds.

Dr. Leila Heckman is currently Head of the International Equity Team for DCM Advisors. In addition, she leads an independent research subscription and advisory business, Heckman Global Advisors, a division of DCM Advisors. Previously, Dr. Heckman led the International Equity teams at Lebenthal Asset Management and Bear Stearns Asset Management. She was also a Senior Managing Director of Global Asset Allocation at Citigroup Smith Barney where she built a preeminent team that was ranked #1 or #2 by Institutional Investor’s annual global poll for four years in a row. Dr. Heckman is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations.

Dr. Chopra is a Senior Portfolio Manager in the Global and International Equity group. Additionally, Dr. Chopra is the Co-Portfolio Manager for the Centaur Total Return Fund (TILDX). Previously, Dr. Chopra managed equity strategies at Lebenthal Asset Management, Roosevelt Investments, Mesirow Financial, Bear Stearns Asset Management, and was a Managing Partner at VKC Investments. He has also served as Portfolio Manager with Jacob Levy Equity Management, Deutsche Asset Management, State Street Global Advisors, Bankers Trust Company, and as a Senior Research Analyst with Frank Russell Company.

Gregory Serbe is a Senior Portfolio Manager for the firm’s U.S. Municipal Bond strategy. Additionally, Mr. Serbe is the Co-Portfolio Manager for the Centaur Total Return Fund (TILDX). Prior to joining DCM Advisors, Mr. Serbe spent a decade as President and Municipal Portfolio Manager for the Municipal Bond division of Lebenthal Asset Management, LLC, for which he had worked since 2007. Mr. Serbe had been President of the original Lebenthal Asset Management from 1996 until 2005, when Lebenthal/Advest merged with Merrill Lynch. At that time he became Vice President and Portfolio Manager of Merrill Lynch Investment Managers, and its successor company, BlackRock, from 2005 to 2007. Mr. Serbe’s previous work experience includes roles at Mitchell Hutchins Asset Management and Provident Institutional Management Co., Inc., where he started the first California Money Market Fund.

Allison (Liz) Hay is an Analyst and Trader for the Global and International Equity Group and the U.S. Municipal Bond Group. She also performs similar functions for the Centaur Total Return Fund (TILDX). Previously, Ms. Hay worked since 2014 at Third Bridge as Manager of NY Operations, co-founding the company’s North American content-based product, Forum. During her time at Third Bridge, she focused on strategic initiatives, data analytics, project management, and research on credit and thematic topics.

Mary Lisanti is a 38+ year veteran of small cap growth research and investing and is the founder of Lisanti Capital. Ms. Lisanti spent the first twelve years of her career as a small cap analyst and strategist on Wall Street. During the past 25 years, she has managed small cap portfolios at three premier asset management companies. In her most recent position prior to founding Lisanti Capital, she was CIO of ING Investments, LLC. Prior to that, Ms. Lisanti was at Strong Capital Management as Senior Portfolio Manager for both the Small Cap Growth and Mid Cap Growth Strategies and was Managing Director and Head of the Small/Mid Cap team at Bankers Trust Company. Ms. Lisanti was named Fund Manager of the Year in 1996 by Barron’s.

Tim Woods joined Lisanti Capital in June 2015. He previously worked with Mary Lisanti at Bankers Trust, where he followed energy and health care as part of the Small/Mid Cap Team, and then managed the team and the small cap product after Ms. Lisanti departed. Mr. Woods was instrumental in the launch of, and managed, the Smith Barney Small Cap Growth mutual fund. Mr. Woods was most recently at JP Morgan as part of their large cap growth team. He specializes in research on the industrials, financials, materials and energy sectors. He also serves as the firm’s Risk Manager. Mr. Woods is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Justin Keating rejoined Lisanti Capital in April of 2015. He previously worked for the firm during college and after graduation, assisting the firm in its industrials, energy and technology research. Mr. Keating currently specializes in research on the technology sector. He also serves as the firm’s Head Trader.

Kit Yee Martin joined Lisanti Capital in 2008 as an Operations Specialist. Prior to joining Lisanti Capital, she was with Manhasset Capital Management, LLC (hedge fund) as the Office Manager and portfolio assistant. She previously worked with Mary Lisanti at ING, where she handled administrative work and special projects, and at Deutsche Asset Management/Bankers Trust, where she was the Business Manager for the small/mid and large cap equity fund groups.

Andrew Bockstein joined DCM Advisors in February 2019 as Senior Vice President and Head of Distribution & Product Development. Prior to joining DCM, Mr. Bockstein served for 13 years as a Vice President-Senior Advisor Consultant for Franklin Templeton Distributors. In this role, Andrew was responsible for distribution and promotion of global and domestic equity and fixed income products in Florida, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Previously, Mr. Bockstein was, among other roles, a Senior Vice President at ING Funds (VOYA) and a Financial Representative for The New England Mutual Life Insurance Company. He has a diverse financial services background, time tested experience and extensive knowledge of the opportunities and challenges of being a financial advisor. Mr. Bockstein is a FINRA registered representative and holds the Chartered Mutual Fund Counselor℠, and Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow designation.

Robert Bonner joined DCM Advisors in April of 2019 as Senior Vice President-Sales Director. Robert has more than 27 years of financial service industry experience. Prior to joining DCM, Mr. Bonner served for 11 years as Vice President Senior Advisor Consultant for Franklin Templeton Distributors. In this role, Robert was responsible for distribution and promotion of global and domestic equity and fixed income products in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut. Previously, Mr. Bonner was, among other roles, served as Vice President at Massachusetts Financial Services. Robert was with the firm for 17 years and spent most of his tenure managing Michigan and Ohio. Mr. Bonner is a FINRA registered representative and holds the Certified Investment Management Consultant Designation. Robert also holds the 6,7, 26, 63 and 66.
